The monks corner dispatcher is great too! Update I called 3/2 for a wench out at 9am, dispatcher says it’s “after hours” they wanted $450 JUST TO HOOK then another $240 AN HOUR for travel time when I was literally 3 miles away. Said getting the credit card was “too hold the tow”. They ended up charging twice the normal rate of a tow. I now have to try to get the money back from my credit card company, which is a hassle. Avoid these crooks. Just Tow Truck Pirates who think they can charge whatever they want & then lie about it. Take my advice call another company & get the tow amount in writing before you provide a credit card number.
